Participants will learn what motivates charitable giving, strategies for increasing donor engagement and retention, tax-smart giving opportunities donors may be considering, and practical ways organizations can elevate their visibility during the giving season. Additionally, the session will address practical approaches to donor stewardship and effective follow-up workflows that ensure long-term donor retention well past December 31.
