Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager oversees the core people and HR infrastructure that enables smooth operations, including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, HRIS data, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. By strengthening these systems and providing clear, reliable processes, this role ensures staff are well-supported and equipped to do their best work in service of our mission. Working closely with managers and leadership, the HR Manager helps maintain a values-aligned,
