About Us
Build WyCo exists to serve the families and neighborhoods of Kansas City, Kansas/Wyandotte County. From the “breaking of the ground”, we are planting and nurturing homes for our families. We provide financial counseling, homebuyer assistance and a friendly caring staff willing to help all along the road to homeownership.
We are, however, much more than just housing. Build WyCo strives to create friendly and safe neighborhoods, providing families with meaningful places to gather and interact with one another.
Build WyCo creates vibrant, welcoming neighborhoods in Kansas City, Kansas by developing housing, supporting families, and revitalizing communities. For 25+ years, we've built or improved 800+ homes, empowered thousands of residents, and added vital spaces for health, arts, and engagement.
