The Moran Company is an executive search firm that helps nonprofit organizations identify and recruit top leadership for executive directors and senior fundraising positions. Based in Kansas City, our firm has existed for more than 25 years and has conducted successful searches nationwide. Our team is made up of staff members, senior search consultants and advisors with hundreds of years of combined experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising and recruiting.

We have an extensive network of professional contacts in the nonprofit sector who help us identify the strongest candidates for specific roles. Because of the thoroughness of our searches and the quality of people we place, The Moran Company works on a retainer basis and guarantees its services. If the person placed leaves within one year, we do a replacement search at no cost except for related expenses.
