Youth Program Team Leader
Position Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of a team of up to 15 Rangers. He uses positive youth guidance techniques including mentoring, positive role modeling, conflict resolution and positive discipline to ensure that Rangers complete all work assignments and service projects. This position reports directly to the Program Director. Essential Job Duties: Assists with the development, coordination and implementation of team building activities for Rangers to engage in.
