This CEO role focuses on five foundational points of success & achievement in the candidate’s first year of executive leadership:
- Strategic Planning & Vision: Champion the strategic planning process, executing priorities with accountability, collaborating with Board Members and Stakeholders, anticipating risks and opportunities, and strengthening cross-sector backbone alignment of resources for growth.
- Financial Acumen: Support the organization's financial sustainability, aligning budgets, strategic investments, and diversified funding and donor-driven streams through board partnership and cross-sector capital engagement.
- Operational Program Excellence: Develop and administer daily operations, high-performing teams, scalable systems, and continuous program improvement aligned with strategic priorities and performance goals.
- Engagement with Community: Champion external engagement as spokesperson, building strong stakeholder relationships, advancing a compelling narrative, and elevating visibility locally and nationally.
- Board Partnership: Collaborate with the Board of Directors as primary liaison, strengthening governance, communication, and strategic partnership to ensure accountability and informed decision-making.
