Technical Marketing Coordinator

ArtsKC - Regional Arts Council is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing and communications efforts. This role will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing ArtsKC’s digital presence through website management, digital tools, analytics, and support of arts-focused content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems and data, has an interest in the arts or community impact, and is committed to advancing ArtsKC’s mission to support and elevate Kansas City’s regional arts ecosystem. This is a six-month contract position (may be extended), working 30 hours per week, and is well-suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Support ArtsKC’s digital presence by maintaining and updating our WordPress website and assisting with ArtsKCGo administration

  • Help tell the story of ArtsKC and Kansas City’s arts community through social media, digital content, and email campaigns using Constant Contact

  • Create and update visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

  • Track and share insights on digital engagement using Google Analytics

  • Collaborate with staff using Google Workspace to support the organization's programs and initiatives

  • Balance multiple projects with care, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in WordPress website management

  • Experience with Constant Contact

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

  • Strong skills with Google Analytics

  • Familiarity in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

  • Comfort supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital roles

  • OR equivalent hands-on experience through internships, contract work, freelancing, or nonprofit/arts involvement

Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months (may be extended)

  • Schedule: 30 hours per week

  • Hybrid or remote options may be considered
