Program Coordinator - Remote/Hybrid

Posted: 04/19/2026

We’re Hiring! Join CACKS as our Program Coordinator

Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kansas (CACKS) is looking for a mission-driven, highly organized Program Coordinator to join our team!

As we continue to grow our statewide support for child abuse victims and member centers, we need a proactive professional to lead the logistics of our trainings, webinars, and educational events. This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position (Kansas residency required) that offers the chance to make a real difference across our state.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A logistics pro who loves a well-organized schedule.

  • A clear communicator who enjoys supporting others.

  • Someone passionate about advocacy and nonprofit excellence.

A typical day in this role may include…

  • Logistical Orchestration: You’ll start the morning by finalizing the tech setup and materials for an upcoming statewide webinar or coordinating travel and venue details for a regional conference.

  • Member Support: You might spend an hour responding to inquiries from member centers, ensuring they have the resources and registration details they need for CACKS programs.

  • Platform Management: You’ll jump into our learning management system or website to update course content, track attendee participation, or pull data reports for the Director of Programs.

  • Team Collaboration: You’ll huddle with the Training & Education Specialist to provide the "behind-the-scenes" operational support that allows them to focus on high-quality content delivery.

You will excel in this role if…

  • You are a Detail Maven: You spot the tiny scheduling conflict or the missing document before it becomes an issue. You thrive on keeping moving parts organized.

  • You are Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You aren't just "comfortable" with software; you enjoy learning new platforms (like LMS or project management tools) to make processes smoother.

  • You are a Service-Oriented Communicator: You enjoy being the helpful point of contact for our members and partners, representing CACKS with professional warmth and clarity.

  • You Value Purpose-Driven Work: You understand that while your work is logistical, it directly strengthens the statewide network that supports children and families in Kansas.

Perks & Benefits

  • Remote/Hybrid Work Environment: Work from wherever you are in Kansas with a supportive, connected virtual team.

  • Meaningful Impact: Play a critical role in the delivery of services that protect and support children across the state.

  • Rest and Recharge: We value our team's well-being, which is why we offer a dedicated 2-week winter break (in addition to standard PTO) so you can fully unplug and enjoy the holiday season.

Professional Growth: Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of nonprofit program management and statewide advocacy.
