-
Platform Management: You’ll jump into our learning management system or website to update course content, track attendee participation, or pull data reports for the Director of Programs.
-
Team Collaboration: You’ll huddle with the Training & Education Specialist to provide the "behind-the-scenes" operational support that allows them to focus on high-quality content delivery.
You will excel in this role if…
-
You are a Detail Maven: You spot the tiny scheduling conflict or the missing document before it becomes an issue. You thrive on keeping moving parts organized.
-
You are Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You aren't just "comfortable" with software; you enjoy learning new platforms (like LMS or project management tools) to make processes smoother.
-
You are a Service-Oriented Communicator: You enjoy being the helpful point of contact for our members and partners, representing CACKS with professional warmth and clarity.
-
You Value Purpose-Driven Work: You understand that while your work is logistical, it directly strengthens the statewide network that supports children and families in Kansas.
Perks & Benefits
-
Remote/Hybrid Work Environment: Work from wherever you are in Kansas with a supportive, connected virtual team.
-
Meaningful Impact: Play a critical role in the delivery of services that protect and support children across the state.
