Community Coordinated Response Manager

Kansas City, MO. Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency, is currently seeking a full-time Community Coordinated Response Manager.  This position is responsible for the supervision of the Non-Residential Victim Advocate, Police Advocacy Coordinator and Lethality Assessment Coordinator. The CCR Manager is responsible for maintaining the structure for Blueprint for Safety, organizes and prepares for the activities of the implementation team, and carries out all other activities necessary for an organized Blueprint process, while keeping the experiences of survivors visible and central throughout these processes. In partnership with the Director of Community Programs, this position will ensure advocacy and crisis intervention services are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s quality standard, principles of trauma informed care, accessibility, equity and inclusion, and targets for outcomes and productivity and collaborate across programs within Rose Brooks Center as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as within systems outside the agency. QUALIFICIATIONS:
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Two years’ advocacy experience, preferably working with vulnerable populations in a domestic violence agency and/or commensurate experience.
  • One year of supervisory and/or leadership experience and/or commensurate combination of education and experience.
  • Program development/management experience and/or project management experience.
  • Experience providing training and consultation related to domestic violence dynamics and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work/human services, or a related field or commensurate; courses or classwork related to human services, social work, etc. is preferred and not required.
Hours: Full-time, exempt position. Average of 40 hours per week, 5 days a week; requires a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation: This position falls into a salary range starting at $49,000 annually (exempt)
