Watson Links is seeking a motivated and passionate Program Success Manager to oversee and enhance the implementation, growth, and impact of our junior golf mentoring initiatives. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the success of program participants, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, and driving the achievement of program outcomes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a startup environment and have a love for youth development, mentoring, and golf. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Develop strong working relationships with Watson Links national locations and serve as a primary contact to support the implementation of golf mentoring initiatives.
Ensure smooth program adoption, delivery and alignment with the organization’s mission.
Work alongside leadership to develop programs, implement and evaluate strategies, goals, and metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes for participants.
Create and manage national program schedules to reflect Watson Links’ mentoring initiatives across the United States.
Work as part of the HQ/Kansas City team to create unique events and pilot program opportunities that provide an enriching and quality experience for mentees.
Monitor participant engagement, mentor-mentee relationships, and overall program effectiveness through regular communication, feedback and surveys.
Provide resources to mentoring partners to help recruit, train, and support mentors and volunteers
Maintain a strong and passionate network of nationwide program leaders.
Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, schools, and community partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for program managers, resolving challenges and ensuring positive experiences.
Become an in-house expert on the Watson Links web app. Serve as a point of contact for program manager training and troubleshooting when necessary.
Work as part of the HQ/Kansas City team to plan and execute events such as golf clinics, tournaments, and fundraising activities to enhance program visibility and participant engagement.
Collaborate with external vendors, sponsors, and community organizations to coordinate program logistics and resources.
Track and analyze program data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for leadership, donors, and stakeholders to demonstrate program impact and outcomes.
Collaborate with the development team to identify funding opportunities to support program expansion.
Build relationships with local golf courses, businesses, and community leaders to secure sponsorships and in-kind donations.
Golf industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in program management, youth development, or nonprofit leadership.
Experience with mentoring programs, youth sports, or golf-related initiatives is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A passion for youth development, mentoring, and the game of golf.
Familiarity with data management systems, CRM software, and proficiency in Google Suite, Canva and Constant Contact
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Reliable internet and professional work from home set up.
Ability to pass background checks and adhere to child safety protocols.
$50,000-$60,000 based on experience
